- When a customer increase their rates 1 x yearly that all jobs in the system rates at the new rate without them having to re-rate individually
- When Icos cant find a rate it alerts "Cannot find a rate” instead, then doesn't rate the job so customers can check the reason why it is not rating. (or at least have a flag so they can look at the rate error etc.
