The Track & Trace feature provides real-time visibility of a booking's progress through the transport workflow. Accessed via a dedicated button within the booking screen, it displays a chronological record of key events, locations, and timestamps as they occur. This enables users to monitor freight movement in real time, ensuring transparency for operators, subcontractors, and clients.

Track & Trace guide


1. Double-click on a booking

2. Click here if booking is in edit mode

3. This icon on the right opens a dialog box at the top that requires an email address that will then send an email to that address with the link to the Customer Tracking Portal inside it.

4. Click here, enter email address and click OK

5. Click here

6. The one on the left opens the Customer Tracking Portal with the UID needed for tracking.

7. If the booking consignment has been found then it will show a map showing the booking move details.
